The instructions of medium frequency bending machine
- In order to prevent water splashed into the transformer, it is forbidden to stop the supply of cooling water, the water route should fluent when transformer operation (including no-load).
- The tube should be adjust carefully before bending, make the chuck centre and induction coil stay the same. At the same time, the support roller of supporting artifacts should be adjusted on suitable height, in order to ensure that pushing workpiece smoothly and bending pipe and straight section in the same plane.
- Before operating equipment, should prepare and open equipment as medium frequency power source and medium frequency transformer instruction book. Open the cooling water pump and workpiece cooling water, and open the main motor to operate when the pipe heating to the temperture to make pipe bend, the temperature of wall at least stay above 910C but lower than the process of the pipe to allow the highest heating temperature. Don't open the main motor, if the heating temperature can't make pipe bend or workpiece don't heat. It is strictly prohibit open main motor to do tumbler return operation when bending over, stop heating, but don't lose the chuck.
