The main structure of bending machine
Bending machine is constructed by rocker, pump station, roller apron, drive device, straightening roller, pushing device.
1. Rocker: its function is to ensure that pipe bending radius can be suitable for requirement. Its clamping seat is to control steel tube rebound in the process of bending.
2. The pump station is divided into two parts, high pressure and low pressure. It affords power for opening and closing of guide roller, radial clamping cylinder, opening and closing the pushing device trolley chuck, opening and closing straightening roll.
3. Guiding roll is composed by two sets guiding roll, rack and clamping transmission system. Opening and closing of guiding roll is finished by hydraulic drive, its function is to finish horizontal bending steel pipe with rocker.
4. Driving device is the power producer of pushing device. Pushing device (trolley, lathe bed, transmission shaft, hauling chain) is to push bending advance, the steel tube will bend under effect of rocker and guiding roll.
5. Straightening roller is to avoid vertical deformation in the process of bending. It used with floating elliptic prevention fixture to ensure the bending ovality of steel tube is suitable for requirements.
