HYK Hot Pipe Expansion is made of hydraulic pushing machine,automatic feeding material structure,hydraulic pump station,geminating pipe structure,operation table,motor controlled box,middle frequency induction heater,compensating capacitor,water proof cable,induction coil adjusting shelf and reactor.

1 Cooling water system (pool,pump,water knockout drum,water pipe)
2 Pipe placing shelf
3 Hydraulic oil
4 Connecting cable in the workshop
5 According to production demans,buy can procure induction coil,expanding mandrel
6 Auxiliary equipment:pipe straightening machine,bevelling machine,pipe testing machine
Principle for HYK Hot Pipe Expansion
Put the mother pipe at the expanding mandrel.
Put the induction heating coil at the top of mother pipe and expanding mandrel
Fix the expanding mandrel
Turn on cooling water system
Turn on middle frequency induction heater power source
Heat the mother pipe and expanding mandrel to 800 degree
Start the expanding machine
Induction heater controlled sillicon,heating coil,compensating capacitor,water proof cable,reactor need recycle water for cooling.
