1. The range of the size is OD: 1 inch (25mm)- 60 inches (1420mm);
Thickness: 5mm - 120mm;
Angle: 22.5 degree 45 degree 90 degree 135 degree and the angle of user needs
2. Butt welded elbow machine is composed by: Hydraulic main pushing machine, hydraulic pump, operate panel, control panel of generators, medium frequency, compensating capacitor, water cable, induction coils adjust frame, reactor.
3. The following parts shall be ready by customer:
a. cooling system (tank, water pump, water shed, water pipeline low and above)
b. hydraulic oil : L-HM anti- wear hydraulic oil
c. connection cables
d. heating coils, mandrils according to production scope
e. related machine: press machine, cutting machine for ends of pipe, elbow testing machine .
