High Speed Bevel Machine
The High Speed Bevel Machine Hei Yan supplied collects the advantages of various piping bevel machine and is made according to the requirement of users.
It is applicable to the processing of pipe diameterOD50-OD426mm,wall thickness 6-100mm seamless steel pipe.
Features of the High Speed Bevel Machine
The machine adopts standard power head to innovate the special dynamic cabinet, which has better cutting capacity and differential feeding.
The working piece can be clamped by manual clamping, and will be centered either by regulation of main machine of dynamic cabinet from left side to right side, or by regulation of V-shape clamp's manual adjustment from upper to lower.
The pipe end cutting bevel adopts angle knife rest differential speed automatic feeding for processing; when the wall thickness of pipe is less than 12mm,then manual movement of main motor can be used for one time off cutting off cutting forming.
