CNC Tube Bending Process
CNC Tube Bending process is first to input duct forming data to built-in computer in the machine, and then placed the tube billet, bend forming automatic controlled by machine tool. For this,you need to make samples first, gain measurement data based on the original type tube samples, and then transmit the data to PC in CNC Tube Bending Machine, then fixed tube data, makes the bending tube is consistent with the samples.
Bend generally consists of a number of straight line and bending line, as the following picture. As shown in figure a is 3d bend model diagram, the specifications of the tube is LF2 - M - G10 * 1, total length 160 mm; As shown in figure b is the vector representation of bend. Pipe drawing process is put the bend on the space coordinate system, and show the straight line with its center line,extend next center line,produce intersection, and the direction of two adjacent intersection point connection show the size and direction of the vector.
Before then, with the prior vector as the standard in turn, calculated the direction and size of the next vector relative to the prior vector, namely "incremental tubular data", the bend data are obtained.
CNC Tube Bending main steps:
1. Check the material status (including size, specification, furnace batch number and the surface quality, etc.).
2. Through the tube measuring machine to measure space direction of standard samples , determine the parameters of the bend.
3. Pass the test data programming to CNC pipe bending machine.
4. Bending forming.
