Hot Mandrel Elbow Fitting Machine we supplied could manufacture the elbows ranging from 1/2" to 4", the thickness range is from Sch10s to Sch80s. The processing materials could be stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, nickel alloy, etc. The raw material pipes could be welded or seamless.

2. It has individual power construction and electrical system, adopts PLC button centralized-control, which can be conveniently adjusted and operated both manually and automatically.

Operating procedures of Hot mandrel elbow fitting machine are as following:
According to the Hot Mandrel Elbow Fitting Machine size select the main pushing pump-- As per the elbow size select the speed -- feeding, close gate --After the mandril been heated to a suitable temperature begin pushing (during working the pushing speed is adjustable) -Reaching the end point ,pushing machine stop automatically- Strobe fix the core rod -- feeding -- release the strobe, pushing machine return to the end point -- strobe leave the core rod 5mm starting pushing.
