The rules of operating the Carbon Steel Bending Machine:
1.Before operation, first check whether all lubricating points of the Carbon Steel Bending Machine is short of oil, the motion mechanism is loose, safety protection device is reliable, operational after confirmation.
2.Start oil pump, check whether the system pressure is kept within the prescribed scope.It will damage to the hydraulic components and waste electricity source if the system pressure is higher, and if too low,it will influence the work.
3.Adjust the good parts required position and Angle.
4.Adjust parts localization to the required length.
5.Adjust the vertical elevator guide rail, make the guide moulded tight cylinder forward and clamp iron pipe tightly.
6.Adjust the moulded tight cylinder clamping iron pipe.
7.Put workpiece in the bend mould, and front contact positioning, tread down switch pedal.Then complete the process.
8.After work, cut off power supply, to do a good job of cleaning lubrication.
