Two fault troubleshooting of pipe bending machine
With the progress of technology,a wide variety of pipe bending machine constantly fill vacancies in the market meeting different kinds of requirements and solve some problems.Now the main varieties in the market are CNC automatic bending machine,semi-automatic bending machine and manual pipe bending machine,in these types,CNC automatic bending machine is suitable for production in large projects,semi-automatic bending machine is suitable for total production projects,and the biggest advantage of manual pipe bender is easy to carry,very convenient for field work projects.
When pipe bending machine is used in a process of long-term,it will inevitably fail, the following is two fault troubleshooting:
1.the role of mast out of weakness, can't bending
First,check whether the steel ball in bendr switch is falling.
Secondly,tighten the pipe bender switch clockwise.
If the fault persists,check wehther the hydraulic oil in the tank is full,it should be perfusion.Or unscrew the bolt on the filler,Switch YX type polyurethane seal ring in the plunger pump,rule out the air in the tank,so the fault should be able to exclude .
2.bending machine oil spills
If it is large and small pump piston rod's oil leaking,The main reason is that the sealing ring damage.So encounter such failure first check whether pipe bender sealing ring is damaged, if so you should install a set of seals afresh.
If the switch is oil leakage , the main reason is that the switch inner pressure is too loose,you need to remove the limit screws and switch,then tighten the gland ring.
If the top of the plunger is oil leakage,the main reason is that the top of the piston rod bender's sealing ring is damaged,and you need to replace the seals.
