Pipe Bending Machine Daily Maintenance
1.Outside maintenance:Washing the surfaces of the machine (including auxiliary equipment), keep the inside and outside clean, no corrosion, no yellow robe.
2.workbench:Maintain a tidy workbench,no dust,no rust,no pollution.
3.Accessories:Tooling and accessories of the pipe bending machine should be kept clean and neat,orderly.
4.Electric appliance cabinet:The electric cabinet should be cleaned by a special head,keep no corrosion,no pollution,no yellow robe.And cleaning the cooling fan filter.
5.Hydraulic system:Scrub the hydraulic system,clean the oil filter.
6.Lubrication:Check the tank oil quantity, maintain a good lubrication system.Manually add lubricating oil,add timely,put an end to leak phenomenon.
7.Tool cabinet/table:Keep inside and outside clean, neat, workpiece antirust.
8.Display: Keep the screen interface without exception, surface no dust.
9.Core rod and motor:Keep the core rod and motor clean.
10.Movement exposed surface:All movement surface should have oil service.
11.Surrounding:Cleaning the surrounding of the machine,no sundry.
